One of the UK's leading Universities is currently seeking a committed Project Support Officer to join a key, major cross-organisational Programme.

What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic working environment, in a role with a varied remit. You will provide a range of support across a number of projects within the University's GDPR programme.

Why you’ll be hired

Reporting to the Programme Manager, this not to be missed role shall see the successful candidate playing a key role in project planning using Prince 2 methodologies, arranging regular project and programme meetings and briefings, providing regular project updates to key stakeholders, including keeping the SMT appraised of all status updates, as well as answering all project and programme-related queries.

In addition, the successful candidate will be tasked with creating and maintaining the Programme SharePoint site and management of the Risk and Issue log. As the programme progresses, you will also schedule GDPR assessments across the different projects and business areas.

Why you should apply

The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting complex projects or programmes. Experience of data protection/GDPR may be advantageous, as would experience of working within an education/public sector environment.

This role will consider both PAYE and limited company (outside IR35) arrangements.
