Our client is a leading global data collection agency who are pioneers in global customer satisfaction services for the healthcare and financial sector. They conduct online and telephone research in over 50 languages and are seeking a Project Manager who will manage multi-market projects and contribute to this rapidly growing company.
 
What you will be doing
As project Manager you will be responsibly to act as a single point of contact between for  clients, for multi-market research projects as well as internal operation teams and fieldwork partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recognising potential barriers before or during projects and offer solutions
  • Being the single of contact  for clients throughout fieldwork stage
  • Liaising with external partners and vendors throughout fieldwork
  • Ensuring a high level of data collection quality across projects
  • Coordinating relevant internal departments to meet project deadlines
  • Providing strong value-add to clients to address field challenges
  • Meeting all client required deadlines within budget
  • Questionnaire programme testing and specification of survey design for best practice data collection, working with internal scripting and data processing department
  • Attending internal kick-off meetings with clients/internal teams
  • Conducting internal briefings
  • Understanding sampling and requirements
  • Budget control (budget, cost, outsourcing)
  • Meeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulations

Who you will be

  • Experienced in Market Research and managing project work
  • Able to multi-task and  demonstrate flexibility
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Tenacious personality with the ability to problem solve using own initiative
  • Team player being able to work collaboratively 
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate versatility, enthusiasm, and tenacity
  • Keen to acquire experience and knowledge in market research
  • Knowledge of other languages and cultures a plus
  • CATI experience is an advantage
  • Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel
