Position:           Business Development / Senior Sales Director (Bi-lingual)

Location:          Central London
Renumeration:  Between £35,000-£50,000 basic depending on experience + OTE 100k+

Our client is an award winning respected research panel that specialises in providing online sample, scripting & tabulation and concept testing services to research agencies, marketing agencies, PR agencies and consumer focused end clients. They are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced individual join their busy and fast growing team to cover the southern european region.  This role requires a bultilingual sales person, preferably french, spanish, german. This newly created rewarding role calls for a bright and self motivated individual with proven business development and account management experience. A passion for consumer behaviour, innovation and research is a must.  

This is an exceptional newly created position and the successful candidate will be managing their own team and will have a small portfolio of existing business.  This team is a profitable and very successful and my client is seeking an experienced heavyweight with a clear vision and strategy ready to guide the business into their next chapter.  This role will be reporting to Managing Director and Board.  

The duties will include but may vary:

  • Develop and grow new client relationships and manage a small portfolio of existing clients
  • Deliver a high quality client service
  • Managing a manage a small portfolio of strategic growth clients with significant growth potential.
  • Manage the client relationship during project delivery
  • Understanding client related problems and being able to solve the issue
  • Produce and present debriefs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and develop new clients
  • Have experience in proposal writing and presentation
  • Be comfortable/credible with global top 100 type consumer companies,
  • Networking experience
  • Organized and committed
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure
