Nicola Franklin joined Sue Hill Recruitment in 2001 and is responsible for Information Recruitment. Prior to working at Sue Hill, Nicola spent four years at other information industry specialist recruitment firms, following an initial six years in generalist and accountancy recruitment.

"Having recruited for the library and information industry for over eleven years, I feel that I have gained a broad understanding of the many and varied types of work involved across a range of industries. Having developed a specialisation in the Records Management / Archives field, in parallel with the growth that this area has seen over the past 4-5 years, I have continued as a member of the Records Management Society and enjoy attending their London Circle meetings and national Conferences, as a valuable opportunity to learn more about the issues such as SharePoint and 'cloud computing' affecting the sector at the moment."

Nicola is a graduate with a professional recruitment qualification (DipRP) and is a fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC).
