Most compassionate Employer of the Year?

We were all extremely touched this week when a client offered to pay one of our temps two weeks compassionate leave following a family bereavement. This is incredibly generous – even by the standards of permanent employment. It just shows that temporary workers don’t always get treated like second class citizens (as some people assume) and that often employers are keen to offer temporary workers the same benefits as permanent staff members. If we had a client of the year award they would surely win it!
