What you'll be doing
Providing support mainly for the London office, but with strong connections to team members across other UK offices, as the successful candidate you will be managing information and knowledge resources, including maintaining the knowledge management system.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the hard copy resource collection
- Looseleaf updating
- Dealing with enquiries
- Updating content and KM systems
- Some travel to cover for staff in other offices will be required occasionally
