Our client is a young and fast-growing Healthcare Market Research agency. Specialising in healthcare fieldwork across the globe, their custom platform allows their community to take part in online, phone or in-person market research relating to their condition, so they empower patients and fundraise through research. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their fast paced, lively and stimulating environment with the opportunity to gain more hands-on experience.


What you'll be doing

As a project manager, you will be on the front line of customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, briefing clients, delivering ad-hoc and continuous healthcare projects on time and within budget. As a project manager, your job will be able to run multiple healthcare projects and draft reports. Part of the job will be maintaining and building new client relationships, you will also be responsible for the professional development of others; coaching on the written data summary, constantly improving knowledge of new technology and the clients. Your job will include registering and scheduling patients for different types of studies.

You’ll enjoy going the extra mile and have managed multiple market research projects from start to finish. You must also have strong IT skills as you will be using a variety of systems. The successful candidate will have a strong team playing focus and be looking to develop their career.
