Our client is a global design research agency and they are looking for their first graduate trainee to add to their dynamic New York City Team.
Headquartered in London, this boutique agency has built successful relationships some of the largest world's FMCG brands: Coca-Cola, Nestle and Lays to name just a few! The New York office opened in 2015 with tremendous success and is growing rapidly to meet the demand.
Focused on delivering qualitative evidence to a spread of NYSE / FTSE listed companies, our client works with household names to deliver research findings on multiple areas of focus around packaging, brand identity, product development, and research design. This is a great opportunity to join a social- behavioral insights and innovation agency with an international presence.


What you'll be doing

This role has been created due to growth, and the client is looking for an inquisitive mind who is passionate about design and packaging and how it relates to its consumers. The successful candidate's decisions will be impacting many of the world's leading brands as this client specialises in trends and works to connect gaps between culture and commerce.


Why you’ll be hired

You will have naturally curious mind; keen to understand what influences decisions. The ideal person will also have a knack and passion for design, demonstrated with an internship within a design agency or experience working on a project covering the user experience. Ideally, you have an interest in the market research industry.
This role has been newly created for a person starting their career looking to grow and develop their skill set. This unique opportunity is for a person looking to utilise their creative and in turn around and help to develop their skills and in turn career.
You'll need to have:
- Market Research experience preferably within an agency environment
- A Bachelor's Degree related to the social sciences or in the creative/design realm
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for design and understanding how it influences consumers
