Candidate Referral Scheme

We're always on the lookout for good people and our candidate referral scheme rewards you when you suggest good candidates to us.

If the friend you recommend is placed in a permanent role by Sue Hill Recruitment, you will earn 5% of our placement fee. For example, if our fee was £5000, we would give you £250. You'll receive this once we've received our placement fee from your friend's new employer.

If your friend is already registered with us and we haven't identified them or submitted their details by the date you make your referral, you'll still earn 2.5% of our placement fee for that  job (again, once we've received it from the employer).

Make sure you get your friend’s consent before recommending them. Then just email us their details, (remembering to copy them into the email), and we’ll do the rest. If we place them in a job, you’ll get paid as soon as we get our placement fee from your friend’s new employer.

There's no limit to the number of people you can recommend to us but, if you consistently recommend unsuitable candidates, we reserve the right to ignore further recommendations.
