Calling all Records Management Professionals…

Where are you? I need you!

I’m finding that Records Managers are particularly thin on the ground right now, which is a real shame when cracking jobs come in and we don’t have the right people to fill them. My colleagues are finding the same thing across all levels of records roles.

We have found quite the reverse at other times – plenty of candidates and not enough jobs but there seems to be an increasing trend towards a shortage of records managers.

How do we buck this trend and encourage more people to this specialism?

First of all when person write something it is vary important to understand what he wants to write and could make understand to the readers. It should be gramatically correct. There are some very common mistakes made everyday when we communicate by writing.
