Application forms – again

Having doubts about applying for that job?  Need to complete an
application form and you don't know whether it is worth it.  Well here
is a little bit of advice.  Today a very nice employer decided to
extend the closing date for a role because someone was unable to return
the form on time, due to being out of the country.

My point is that employers want application forms to be completed
for a good reason, to get that information they require.  But you need
to complete the application in order to be considered.  They may be a
total bind to fill in, but they can get you that job you want.
Employers don't want the forms to be filled in to annoy the candidate,
but to try to have a fair comparison of people.

Don't let application forms put you off applying for that job.
